These terms (the “Content Creator Terms & Conditions”) govern A Create Your Moment Blogging (“Create Your Moment Blogging”) partner program (“Partner Program”). If you apply, meet the eligibility criteria, and are accepted into Create Your Moment Blogging Content Creator Terms & Conditions, you can put a story from your user account behind Create Your Moment Blogging paywall (“locking” a story) and receive revenue based on its performance among Create Your Moment Blogging members. Additionally, you can receive additional revenue if a Create Your Moment Blogging user signs up for a paid membership from your unique referral landing page or if the user signs up for a paid Create Your Moment Blogging membership from the offer page displayed immediately after subscribing to your emails.
By participating in the Content Creator Terms & Conditions, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as Create Your Moment Bloggings Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Rules, and all other terms and conditions that apply to the Create Your Moment Blogging website, mobile applications, and any other Create Your Moment Blogging service or product (collectively, the “Terms”). Please read the Content Creator Terms & Conditions carefully. If you don’t understand them, or don’t accept any part of them, then you can’t participate. Your acceptance of Create Your Moment Bloggings Content Creator Terms & Conditions forms a binding agreement between you and Create Your Moment Blogging and shows your intent to be bound by them.
Eligibility & Application
To participate to be a Paid Content Creator, you must meet the Eligibility Requirements, and be accepted into as a paid Content Creator. Create Your Moment Blogging reserves the right to admit writers to be a Paid Content Creator at Create Your Moment Bloggings sole discretion. Eligibility requirements are subject to change.
Necessary Rights
You are not entitled to earn or receive any revenue in connection with your content if one or more third parties claim rights to any element(s) of your content.
Termination
Create Your Moment Blogging reserves the right to remove a story at any time, which will end that story’s ability to generate revenue. Create Your Moment Blogging reserves the right in its sole discretion to disable your ability to receive any revenue under as a Paid Content Creator, suspend your participation as a Paid Content Creator, or terminate your participation as a Paid Content Creator at any time for any reason, including but not limited to the failure to meet the Eligibility Requirements, sustained inactivity as a Paid Content Creator, or violation of any terms contained herein.
If your participation as a Paid Content Creator is terminated for any reason, your stories may become subject to being deleted and may no longer generate revenue.
Payment
To accrue or receive payment of any revenues as a Paid Content Creator, you must be a Paid Content Creator participant in good standing (meaning for example, your monetization is not currently disabled, you are not currently suspended, you are not violating Terms or have not violated the Terms, or have not been terminated), have at all times an active Paid Content Creator account, and have at all times an active payout method associated with your Create Your Moment Blogging Account. Paid Content Creator does not owe you any revenue that may be associated with your content during any period when you are not in good standing as a Paid Content Creator, do not have a valid Create Your Moment Blogging account, or do not have an active payout method. You will not receive any revenue if you do not have a payout account in a geographic region where the Paid Content Creator, is available. The list of available geographic regions is available here. Create Your Moment Blogging reserves the right to require that your revenue meet a minimum payout threshold before Create Your Moment Blogging disburses payment. In the event that you quit or are removed as a Paid Content Creator, Create Your Moment Blogging will disburse payment to you up to and through the date you are no longer as a Paid Content Creator, regardless of the minimum payout threshold.
Changes or Discontinuation as a Paid Content Creator
Create Your Moment Blogging reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Paid Content. Create Your Moment Blogging will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or termination. Create Your Moment Blogging may change these Paid Content Creator Terms & Conditions from time to time so we encourage you to periodically review this page for the most up-to-date version.
Taxes
If required by law, you are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes in connection with your participation as a Paid Content Creator. Such taxes may include duties, customs fees, or other taxes (other than income tax), along with any related penalties or interest.
Governing Law & Forum
The governing law, mandatory forum, and dispute resolution provisions of Create Your Moment Bloggings Terms of Service also apply as a Paid Content Creator in the Paid Content Creator Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising under them.
Miscellaneous
Your participation as a Paid Content Creator at your own risk. You agree that you are solely responsible for your actions in connection as a Paid Content Creator, any breach of your obligations under the Paid Content Creator Terms & Conditions, and for the consequences of any such breach.
Any capitalized terms used but not defined in these Paid Content Creator Terms & Conditions have the meanings given to them in Create Your Moment Bloggings Terms of Service. Except as modified by these Paid Content Creator Terms & Conditions, Create Your Moment Bloggings Terms of Service remain in effect. Create Your Moment Bloggings right to modify or revise the Terms of Service also applies to these Paid Content Creator Terms & Conditions.
